This month, we had a problem with our server that caused data uploads from Alzatex devices to fail. The issue was resolved on Saturday the 25th, and all data that remained should already be uploaded. For the data that was lost, we apologize. This incident revealed inadequacies in our safeguards, and we've already taken steps to remedy that, adding a system monitor that should automatically alert us in the event of a similar problem.
And for extra protection, we also have the existing notification system, which you may not be aware of. Go to Manage > Notifications, and you can set up highly customizable text message and email notifications, including notifications when a device isn't uploading data on schedule - whether the problem is on our end or your end - enabling problems to be resolved quickly.
